SECRET SANTA CONTEST RULES!
Entry deadline is December 19, 2024. Prizes will be awarded on December 20, 2024. Prize winners will be announced on-air and notified via phone. Prizeamounts will be determined by amount of sponsors. Prizes will consist of cash. Winners will be determined by random selection of registrations gathered during the contest to be held from December 16, 2024 through December 19, 2024. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Limit of one prize per household. No purchase necessary to enter. Any valuation of the prize(s) stated is based on available information provided to KTHS, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Winner mustprovide KTHS with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are NOT transferable, NOT redeemable for cash and NOT exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning $600 or more in prizes from KTHS will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and meet the age requirements specified for this contest (18 or older). Employees of Carroll County Broadcasting, Inc., participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are NOT eligible to participate and win.
