Summer of Fun Giveaway - Contest Rules 2026Limit of one entry per person, per participating business. Enter weekly between April 6,2026 &amp; September 3, 2026. Drawings will be held every Thursday afternoon fromentries gathered during the week. One name will be drawn from each entry boxlocation. Those names will be put in a pool and a weekly winner will be drawn from thatpool. Each week the winner will receive a prize or prizes valued at a minimum of $20.Additional prizes may be granted throughout the promotion. Contestants must be atleast 18 years of age to enter. Limit of one prize per household. No purchasenecessary to enter. Prize winners must not have won a prize in the past 90 days.Any valuation of the prize(s) stated is based on available information provided to CarrollCounty Broadcasting, Inc., and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may bereported for tax purposes as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reportingand paying any and all applicable taxes. Winner must provide Carroll CountyBroadcasting, Inc. with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number orsocial security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are NOTtransferable, NOT redeemable for cash and NOT exchangeable for any otherprize. Any person winning $600 or more in prizes from Carroll County Broadcasting,Inc. in one calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099 at the end of the calendar yearand a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS.Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and meet the age requirementsspecified for this contest (18 or older).
